Steering Pumps

Take advantage of Kiley - Clinton's enormous knowledge and experience of steering pumps
for: -

Many pumps can be successfully remanufactured using our unrivalled experience in this process.

Each pump which comes in to our workshop goes through the following steps: -

1. Cleaned and stripped
2. Parts checked for wear and corrosion
3. New bushes, bearings, gaskets and oil seals replaced
4. Gut pack, and shafts, replaced where necessary
5. Pump re-assembled
6. Rig tested for performance, leaks, noise etc.
7. Allowed to run in for approximately 30 minutes
8. Unit then plugged, painted, date coded and boxed if required.
